Photographer Adolf Rossi’s work includes images that evoke the “classical beauty” of early 20th-century Pictorialist photography, images that reference the avant-garde, and contemporary snapshots of everyday life. The calendar does not seek to dictate when its owner should view a particular photograph; therefore, it includes monthly calendars in the form of stickers that can be attached to any of Adolf Rossi’s photographs. This allows everyone to create their own sequence of images and, in essence, their own calendar design.
The Adolf Rossi calendar won first place in the Design category of the 2019 Calendar of the Year competition.
