OPEN CALL RESULTS
The project by Vendula Burgrová, Michaela Kročáková, and Sonya Maletzová made it to the shortlist of the expert jury (Lukáš Bártl, Robert Helbich, Jan Jindra, Evžen Sobek, Jana Hloušková), which met on April 16, 2018. The jury ultimately decided to award first place to SONYA MALETZOVÁ and her project NEDEĽA. Congratulations!
For 2018, Galerie Valchařská announced an OPEN CALL for a photographic exhibition project. Conditions: artists up to 35 years of age may apply with a series of photographs on a theme of their choice. Interested parties may submit their projects electronically by March 18, 2018, to galerievalcharska@gmail.com. The application must include: the artist’s CV, contact information, project title, a synopsis (10–15 sentences), and a portfolio with the relevant collection (PDF). The gallery will provide exhibition space, assistance with installation, organization of the opening reception, an exhibition publication (graphics, texts, printing), and PR activities.
The project will be selected by a jury consisting of Lukáš Bártl, Robertl Helbich, Jan Jindra, and Jana Hloušková by April 30, 2018.
The exhibition of the winning project will take place on June 20, 2018.
